Private Label Apparel Manufacturing
Your brand, our production: labels, hangtags, packaging and colourways applied to proven garment blocks, so you can launch a collection without developing patterns from scratch.
Your brand on a proven garment
Private label is the middle path between buying stock goods and developing a product from nothing. You choose from blocks we already produce — boxer brief, brief, crew neck undershirt, tank top, classic T-shirt — and put your fabric, colourway, waistband and branding on them.
The advantage is speed and risk. The pattern is already proven in bulk, so there are no fit surprises, and the first order can usually ship in four to six weeks rather than three months.

Private label questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 300–1,000 pieces per style, mixed sizes. Styles using stock fabric can start from 300 pieces; a fully custom knit or dye lot usually starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is achievable.
How long does sampling take?
A development sample takes 5–7 working days after artwork and fabric are confirmed. A full size set takes 10–12 working days. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order.
What is the lead time for bulk production?
Bulk production runs 15–45 days from deposit and approved pre-production sample, depending on quantity, fabric availability and trim lead times. We confirm the schedule in writing before you pay the deposit.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% against the copy of the bill of lading), L/C at sight, and PayPal for samples. Terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
Can you handle fabric, labels and packaging as well?
Yes. Fabric knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, labels, hangtags and retail packaging all sit inside our own supply chain, so a single purchase order covers the finished, retail-ready product.
How do you control quality?
Every order passes an incoming fabric inspection, an in-line check at 30% and 70% of the run, a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing, and a shipment check against the approved sample and packing list.
How is private label different from OEM?
OEM is production to your specification, which you own and which nobody else receives. Private label uses a block we already manufacture, with your branding. Private label is faster and cheaper to launch; OEM gives you a pattern that is exclusively yours.
Private label: the fastest route from idea to first shipment
For a new brand, the biggest risk is not price — it is time. A fully developed product can take three months from sketch to shipment, and if the fit is wrong the second attempt costs another three. Private label reduces that risk by starting from a block that has already been produced in volume and corrected over thousands of garments.
What you still control
Fabric, weight, colourway, waistband construction, trims, stitching colour, print placement, labelling and packing. In practice that covers everything a customer perceives. What you are not paying for is pattern development, grading and fit trials — because they are already done.
When private label stops being the right answer
When the product is genuinely different: a new silhouette, an unusual panel construction, a proprietary fit or a technical function. That is OEM territory, and the development cost is justified by exclusivity. Many brands start private label and move to OEM once a style proves itself — the better commercial sequence, because the OEM investment is then made on a product with proven demand.
Branding quality matters more than people expect
A private label garment is judged by its labels as much as its fabric. A soft woven label in the right position, a waistband jacquard that reads clearly, and a care label that is legible after twenty washes all support the price point. We approve each branded trim as a physical sample before production, because a digital mock-up will not tell you whether a logo holds detail at 8 mm.
