Get an accurate quotation first time
You do not need a finished tech pack. Five pieces of information are enough for us to quote accurately and to tell you honestly whether your target price is achievable.
- The product — a photograph, a sketch or a sample you post to us
- Quantity — pieces per style and per colour for the first order
- Target Price — Let us know your target unit price so we can assess suitable fabric and customization options.
- Destination market — country and channel, so labelling and testing are right
- Date needed — when stock has to be in your warehouse
Before you write
How quickly will I get a reply?
Within one working day, Monday to Saturday, 08:30–18:00 China time (GMT+8). Enquiries that arrive overnight are answered in the following morning's batch.
Can I send a sample to you?
Yes, and it is usually the fastest route to an accurate quotation. Ask for the receiving address for your courier and mark the parcel as a sample of no commercial value.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Send your NDA or use ours, and we will return a signed copy before you share drawings or specifications.
Do you work with new brands?
Yes. We work with both established brands and growing businesses, supporting product development, sampling and bulk production. We welcome enquiries from brands looking for a reliable manufacturing partner for their current and future collections.
What Happens After You Contact Us
Your enquiry is reviewed by a dedicated sales manager who will assess your requirements, clarify key details and guide you through the next steps. We typically reply within one working day.
1. Requirement Review
We review your tech pack, reference images, target quantity and other project details. If any specifications need clarification, we’ll discuss them with you before preparing the quotation.
2. Quotation and Production Planning
We provide a quotation based on your product specifications, order quantity, material requirements and customization options, together with the applicable MOQ and estimated lead time. If adjustments could help meet your target price, we’ll discuss suitable alternatives with you.
3. Sample Development
Once the key requirements and sampling details are confirmed, we proceed with sample development. Sampling time depends on the style, fabric availability and design complexity. You can review the sample and request any necessary adjustments before bulk production.
4. Bulk Production and Shipment
After the sample is approved, materials and specifications are confirmed, and the deposit is received, we arrange bulk production. Quality checks are carried out during the production process and before shipment, with packing and delivery coordinated according to your order requirements.
