Private Packaging & Retail-Ready Packing
Polybags, multipacks, retail boxes, hangtags and carton configuration prepared to your requirement — so goods arrive ready for the shelf or the fulfilment centre, not ready for repacking.

Retail compliance
Care and fibre composition labels to US, EU, UK and Australian requirements, applied in the correct position.
Carton configuration
Assortment, carton weight limits, palletisation and carton marking to your distribution requirement.
Fulfilment prep
FNSKU labelling, polybagging and shipment-ready prep for Amazon and other marketplaces.
Packing is the last chance to avoid a chargeback
Most retail compliance failures are not quality failures — they are packing failures: a missing care label, a size sticker on the wrong face, a carton that does not match the advance ship notice, a polybag without the suffocation warning.
We agree the packing specification before production starts and prepare a packing sample for approval. It is a short step that removes a category of problem no inspection on the sewing floor can catch.
- Packing sample approved before the bulk run
- Pre-shipment carton audit against the packing list
- Photo evidence of the finished pack configuration
- Carton marks, weights and dimensions supplied for your ASN

Packaging questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 300–1,000 pieces per style, mixed sizes. Styles using stock fabric can start from 300 pieces; a fully custom knit or dye lot usually starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is achievable.
How long does sampling take?
A development sample takes 5–7 working days after artwork and fabric are confirmed. A full size set takes 10–12 working days. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order.
What is the lead time for bulk production?
Bulk production runs 15–45 days from deposit and approved pre-production sample, depending on quantity, fabric availability and trim lead times. We confirm the schedule in writing before you pay the deposit.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% against the copy of the bill of lading), L/C at sight, and PayPal for samples. Terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
Can you handle fabric, labels and packaging as well?
Yes. Fabric knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, labels, hangtags and retail packaging all sit inside our own supply chain, so a single purchase order covers the finished, retail-ready product.
How do you control quality?
Every order passes an incoming fabric inspection, an in-line check at 30% and 70% of the run, a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing, and a shipment check against the approved sample and packing list.
Can you pack for Amazon FBA?
Yes. We prepare FNSKU labels, polybagging with the suffocation warning, carton weight and dimension records, and shipment labels supplied by you. We can also build the carton configuration to Amazon's box size tiers to reduce fulfilment fees.
Packing that survives the last mile
A garment reaches the customer in a polybag, a box or a postal satchel, and it reaches the retailer on a pallet with a carton mark. Each of those is a specification, and each can fail independently of the garment’s quality.
Retail versus e-commerce packing
Retail packing prioritises shelf presentation: a flat fold, a banded multipack, a hangtag positioned for the fixture. E-commerce packing prioritises handling: an FNSKU label in a fixed position, a polybag that will not tear in a sorting machine, a carton that matches the marketplace’s size tier. We build both from the same order, with the split stated on the packing list.
Labels and legal requirements
US garments need fibre content, country of origin, care instructions and a registered identification number where applicable. EU garments need composition and care symbols under Regulation 1007/2011 in the language of the market. These are legal requirements rather than marketing choices, and we prepare the label proofs accordingly.
Cartons, pallets and the advance ship notice
Distribution centres increasingly reject shipments whose carton marks, weights or assortment do not match the ASN exactly. We record carton count, gross weight, dimensions and contents per carton, and send that file before the container is loaded so the ASN can be raised from real data.
