Shipping & Logistics Solutions
Sea, air and express freight with complete export documentation, forwarder coordination and delivery terms from EXW to DDP.
Choosing the right channel
Sea freight
18–25 days door to door depending on destination. The default for bulk orders above 2 CBM, with LCL consolidation for smaller shipments.
Air freight
9–12 days door to door. Used for launch quantities, replenishment and anything with a hard in-store date.
Express courier
3–5 days for samples and small parcels through DHL, FedEx or UPS, with full tracking.
LCL consolidation
For orders below a full container, consolidated with scheduled sailings so you are not waiting for a groupage date.
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin and any buyer-specific certificate.
Incoterms flexibility
EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Yantian, CIF, CFR, DAP and DDP depending on how much of the route you want us to own.

Shipping questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 300–1,000 pieces per style, mixed sizes. Styles using stock fabric can start from 300 pieces; a fully custom knit or dye lot usually starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is achievable.
How long does sampling take?
A development sample takes 5–7 working days after artwork and fabric are confirmed. A full size set takes 10–12 working days. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order.
What is the lead time for bulk production?
Bulk production runs 15–45 days from deposit and approved pre-production sample, depending on quantity, fabric availability and trim lead times. We confirm the schedule in writing before you pay the deposit.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% against the copy of the bill of lading), L/C at sight, and PayPal for samples. Terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
Can you handle fabric, labels and packaging as well?
Yes. Fabric knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, labels, hangtags and retail packaging all sit inside our own supply chain, so a single purchase order covers the finished, retail-ready product.
How do you control quality?
Every order passes an incoming fabric inspection, an in-line check at 30% and 70% of the run, a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing, and a shipment check against the approved sample and packing list.
Can you ship DDP?
Yes, for most major markets. DDP means we quote a landed price including freight, duty and clearance. Rates depend on the commodity code and the destination, so we need the HS code and delivery postcode to quote accurately.
How do you handle partial shipments?
Larger orders can be split across sailings so you receive stock progressively. We confirm the split schedule at order stage and issue separate documentation for each shipment.
Getting stock to the warehouse on the date you planned
Shipping is where a well-managed order becomes a late one. Port congestion, blank sailings and customs queries are outside any factory’s control, which is precisely why the controllable parts — documentation, packing accuracy, booking lead time and Incoterm clarity — have to be right.
Book the space before the goods are finished
Space is reserved against the production completion date, not after it. If production runs late the booking moves once; if it runs early the goods wait for the planned sailing rather than rushing to a premium rate. Both scenarios are cheaper than improvising on the last day.
Documentation is the part that gets shipments released
A commercial invoice that understates value, a packing list that does not match the cartons, a missing certificate of origin or a care labelling error can hold a container at destination for weeks. We prepare the full set and send it to you for review before the shipment leaves, not after it lands.
Choosing between sea and air
Air freight costs several times more per kilogram, so the decision is commercial: what does a three-week-earlier arrival earn you? For a launch with a fixed marketing date air is often cheaper than the lost sales. For replenishment of a product already selling, sea almost always wins. We quote both and let the numbers decide.
Working with your forwarder or ours
If you have a preferred forwarder we deliver to their nominated warehouse or hand over on FOB terms. If you do not, we arrange the booking, the pickup and the documentation under CIF or DDP. There is no requirement to use our freight partners.
