Undershirts Manufacturer
Crew neck, V-neck, long-sleeve, tank and moisture-wicking undershirts in combed cotton and performance blends. Retail-grade construction from 300 pieces per style.
Undershirts are a fit and hand-feel product
An undershirt is judged in the first thirty seconds: how the neckline sits, whether the fabric feels cool, whether the hem stays where it was put. Those three impressions decide whether a customer buys the second one, and all three are decisions taken before the fabric is cut.
We produce undershirts from 120 gsm lightweight cotton through to 220 gsm compact knits, with neck rib specifications controlled to the millimetre so a V-neck does not gape at the shoulder and a crew does not ride up under a shirt collar.
- Crew neck, V-neck, deep V, long sleeve, tank and muscle-fit styles
- Combed cotton, cotton/elastane, modal blends and moisture-wicking polyester
- Neck rib, self-fabric binding or seamless collar options
- Length and hem options, including longer-body and tucked fits
- Printing, embroidery, heat transfer and woven branding

Undershirt Manufacturing Questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the fabric, colour and order requirements. We can discuss options using available fabrics or custom-developed materials based on your target quantity.
How long does sampling take?
A development sample typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on the style, fabric availability and design requirements. Additional time may be needed for custom fabrics or trims.
What is the lead time for bulk production?
Bulk production typically takes 15–40 days after sample approval, deposit payment and confirmation of materials and specifications. The schedule is confirmed based on each order.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Our standard bulk payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Sample payments can be made via PayPal. Final terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
Can you handle fabric, labels and packaging as well?
Yes. We coordinate fabric sourcing, garment production, printing, embroidery, labels and packaging according to your requirements, working with established suppliers where needed.
How do you control quality?
Quality checks include incoming material inspection, in-line inspections during production and final inspection before shipment. Products are checked against the approved sample and specifications.
Can you customize the neckline?
Yes. Neckline construction can be customized according to the style, including ribbed necklines, self-fabric bindings and other finishing options. The construction is confirmed during sample development.
What fabric weight is suitable for an everyday undershirt?
The ideal GSM depends on the fabric composition, intended use, colour and target market. Lightweight fabrics work well for layering, while heavier options offer more coverage and structure. We can recommend suitable options based on your requirements.
The Details That Matter in an Undershirt
The quality of an undershirt depends on how its fabric, neckline and overall construction work together. These details influence comfort, fit, appearance and how the garment performs during everyday wear.
Neckline: Construction and Shape Retention
Neckline construction affects both appearance and fit. Rib width, stretch, recovery and attachment method all influence how the neckline sits. Depending on the design, options may include ribbed necklines, self-fabric bindings and other finishing methods. These details are reviewed during sample development.
Fabric Hand Feel and Finishing
Fabric composition, GSM, knit structure and finishing all contribute to softness, smoothness and drape. We help customers select suitable fabric options based on their desired hand feel, product positioning and budget. Additional finishing requirements can be discussed according to the fabric and order specifications.
Hem Construction and Body Length
Hem construction and body length affect the overall fit and how the undershirt sits when worn. We review these details during sample development to ensure they align with the intended fit and approved measurements.
Developing Your Undershirt Programme
From fabric selection to fit and construction, we work with brands to confirm product specifications before bulk production. Clear requirements and sample approval help establish a consistent basis for manufacturing.
