Principles we do not trade away
Fit is not negotiable
Patterns are graded once and locked. A batch that measures outside tolerance is corrected before it ships, even if it costs us time.
Written specification
Every programme has a version-controlled specification and an approved physical sample held by both parties.
One named owner per order
A single merchandiser owns your programme from brief to shipment and answers in writing.
Compliance before marketing
If a fibre or social claim is made, the certificate exists in the order file before the claim is published.
Real dates
We quote lead times we can hold. A later honest date is more useful to a brand than an early one that slips.
Open factory
Customers, auditors and third-party inspectors are welcome at any stage of production.
Certifications and testing that your importer will ask for
Certification is checked before the order is placed, not after. We hold the current reports and can arrange buyer-specific testing at the same time as the pre-production sample.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100
Fabric and trims tested for harmful substances against the current limit values, with the certificate renewed every year.
BSCI / Sedex audited factory
Social compliance audit reports available for your supplier onboarding file, covering wages, hours and safety.
Bamboo, modal and recycled fibre papers
Fibre composition and chain-of-custody documents for bamboo, Lenzing modal, TENCEL™ and recycled polyester claims.
Colour fastness and shrinkage reports
Wash, rub, perspiration and dimensional-stability tests run on the bulk fabric before cutting starts.
Country-of-origin and customs paperwork
Commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes and origin declaration prepared so your broker clears the shipment without a delay.
Buyer-specific testing programmes
We work directly with SGS, Intertek and Bureau Veritas for buyer protocols such as Walmart, Target or ISO 9001 programmes.
About the company
Who does Finetex work with?
We work with clothing brands, importers, distributors, and businesses developing their own apparel lines. Our customers have different business models and product requirements, so we discuss each project individually to understand its specifications, order volume, and commercial needs.
Where is Finetex located?
Finetex is based in China and serves customers in international markets. We coordinate with customers remotely throughout the project, including specification confirmation, sample review, order follow-up, and shipment coordination.
Does Finetex accept private-label orders?
Yes. We support private-label apparel projects, including the use of customer branding, labels, and packaging. The available options depend on the product and order requirements. Please share your branding and packaging specifications so we can review the details for your project.
Can Finetex work with startups and established brands?
We consider projects from both emerging and established brands. Order feasibility depends on the product type, material requirements, customization level, and minimum order quantity. Sharing your target quantity and product specifications helps us determine whether the project is suitable for our production setup.
Can I order different sizes and colors in one order?
Yes. Size assortments can generally be arranged within an order, subject to the confirmed style, color, and quantity requirements. Minimum quantities may apply separately to each color, particularly when custom fabrics or colors are involved. We confirm the size breakdown and applicable quantities before order placement.
Can Finetex help with product labeling and export packaging?
Yes. We can discuss care labels, size labels, brand labels, barcode stickers, polybags, and other packaging requirements. Final details should be confirmed before production and packing to ensure they match the customer's specifications and destination-market requirements.
How can I request a quotation from Finetex?
You can contact us through our website or by email with your product details, estimated quantity, target materials, and customization requirements. A tech pack, reference images, or an existing sample can help us understand your project and prepare a more accurate quotation. If some details are not yet available, we can discuss the information needed to proceed.
What payment methods and terms does Finetex accept?
Bulk orders are generally handled by bank transfer (T/T), with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% balance payable before shipment. PayPal is available for sample payments. The applicable terms and payment details are confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice.
Manufacturing with a Long-Term Perspective
At Finetex, manufacturing is about more than completing individual orders. We believe a good supplier should understand a customer's product, business priorities, and expectations for future growth. This perspective shapes how we approach each project, from the initial discussion to ongoing production.
We work with customers to clarify product specifications, commercial requirements, and delivery expectations before moving forward. By establishing clear communication from the beginning, we aim to reduce misunderstandings, make decisions more efficiently, and build a reliable foundation for long-term cooperation.
Connecting Expertise Across the Supply Chain
Garment manufacturing involves more than sewing. Fabric properties, material availability, garment construction, finishing, and packaging all influence the final product. Finetex coordinates these elements with our manufacturing team and established material suppliers to address project requirements in a practical way.
This collaborative approach allows us to evaluate material and production considerations together, rather than treating each decision in isolation. When a requirement needs further review, we work through the relevant details before confirming the production plan.
Building Partnerships Through Consistency
Long-term business relationships depend on clear expectations, dependable communication, and consistent execution. We understand that our customers need more than a finished garment; they also need accurate order information and timely updates to plan their own purchasing, inventory, and sales.
We take these responsibilities seriously throughout the cooperation process. By keeping specifications clear, communicating changes promptly, and aligning production with confirmed requirements, we aim to be a dependable manufacturing partner as our customers' product lines evolve.
