What we can actually run

Twelve sewing lines

Lines configured for knit underwear, jersey tops and fleece, with dedicated waistband and elastic stations rather than a single general-purpose setup.

Sampling department

A separate sampling room with its own operators and machines, so development does not compete with bulk production for capacity.

Fabric development

Knit structure, weight, stretch and colour developed with partner mills and tested before cutting.

Print & embroidery

Sublimation, screen print, heat transfer and embroidery, with strike-offs approved on bulk fabric.

Washing & finishing

Enzyme, silicone, acid and vintage washes, garment dyeing and softening, with shrinkage tested after finishing.

Packing & audit

Multipack assembly, retail packing, carton audit and export documentation on site.

FAQ

Capability questions

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 300–1,000 pieces per style, mixed sizes. Styles using stock fabric can start from 300 pieces; a fully custom knit or dye lot usually starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is achievable.

How long does sampling take?

A development sample takes 5–7 working days after artwork and fabric are confirmed. A full size set takes 10–12 working days. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order.

What is the lead time for bulk production?

Bulk production runs 15–45 days from deposit and approved pre-production sample, depending on quantity, fabric availability and trim lead times. We confirm the schedule in writing before you pay the deposit.

Which payment terms do you accept?

T/T (30% deposit, 70% against the copy of the bill of lading), L/C at sight, and PayPal for samples. Terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice.

Can you handle fabric, labels and packaging as well?

Yes. Fabric knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, labels, hangtags and retail packaging all sit inside our own supply chain, so a single purchase order covers the finished, retail-ready product.

How do you control quality?

Every order passes an incoming fabric inspection, an in-line check at 30% and 70% of the run, a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing, and a shipment check against the approved sample and packing list.

How much of your capacity is committed?

We hold a rolling three-month plan and keep roughly 20% of line time for new programmes and reorders. That is deliberate — a factory that is 100% booked cannot react when a customer needs a reorder moved forward.

Can you run several small programmes at once?

Yes, and it is what we are built for. Lines are set up per programme rather than per style family, so three customers with three different products can run in the same week without cross-contamination of patterns or fabric.

Capacity is a number; capability is the constraint

Nearly every factory in the region can quote a monthly capacity figure. Fewer can tell you what happens when a programme needs a knit structure they have never run, or a fabric finish that has to be tested twice before cutting. Capability is what decides whether the second order arrives on time.

Sampling capacity runs in parallel, not in sequence

The most common cause of slow development is a sampling room that shares machines with bulk production. When a line is busy, the sample waits. Our sampling department has its own operators and machines, which is why a fit sample can be promised in 5–7 days while twelve lines are running.

Vertical control of the critical steps

Cutting, sewing, finishing, measurement, packing and carton audit all happen on our floor. Fabric knitting, dyeing, printing and embroidery run through partner facilities we have used for over a decade. The split is deliberate: we own the steps where specification discipline decides quality, and partner with specialists where scale decides cost.

Where the extra 20% of line time goes

Uncommitted capacity looks like inefficiency on a spreadsheet. In practice it is what allows a reorder to move forward by a week, a failed fabric lot to be re-knitted without delaying the shipment, and a buyer’s launch to survive a mistake somewhere else in their supply chain. Customers who have been through one crisis value it more than a slightly lower unit price.
