Overview

One factory for the whole underwear range

Most brands do not buy a single underwear style; they buy a range that has to sit together on a shelf or a product page. Producing the whole range in one factory keeps the waistband specification, the fabric hand and the fit philosophy consistent between styles.

We produce boxer briefs, trunks, briefs, thongs and jockstraps from the same fabric library and the same block standards, so a size M brief and a size M boxer brief from the same programme measure and feel like the same brand.

FAQ

Men's underwear questions

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 300–1,000 pieces per style, mixed sizes. Styles using stock fabric can start from 300 pieces; a fully custom knit or dye lot usually starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is achievable.

How long does sampling take?

A development sample takes 5–7 working days after artwork and fabric are confirmed. A full size set takes 10–12 working days. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order.

What is the lead time for bulk production?

Bulk production runs 15–45 days from deposit and approved pre-production sample, depending on quantity, fabric availability and trim lead times. We confirm the schedule in writing before you pay the deposit.

Which payment terms do you accept?

T/T (30% deposit, 70% against the copy of the bill of lading), L/C at sight, and PayPal for samples. Terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice.

Can you handle fabric, labels and packaging as well?

Yes. Fabric knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, labels, hangtags and retail packaging all sit inside our own supply chain, so a single purchase order covers the finished, retail-ready product.

How do you control quality?

Every order passes an incoming fabric inspection, an in-line check at 30% and 70% of the run, a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing, and a shipment check against the approved sample and packing list.

Can we order a full range rather than one style?

Yes, and it is usually cheaper. Where several styles share a fabric and a colour, the fabric minimum is spread across them, and the whole range can be cut together so shade is guaranteed to match after washing.

Building a range rather than a product

A branded underwear range is judged as a set. If the brief and the boxer brief sit differently, or the black of one is warmer than the black of the other, the range reads as unbranded. Consistency is a factory-side discipline: one fabric, one waistband specification, one grading rule and one dye lot across the styles that have to match.

Start with the fabric and the waistband

Those two decisions define the range more than any silhouette. A 190 gsm cotton/elastane knit with a 38 mm rolled waistband gives a sporty, everyday feel; a 160 gsm micro modal with a soft 30 mm waistband reads as premium. Choose them once, then build every style on top.

Pack configuration for a range

Multi-style packs are common in retail: a two-pack with one brief and one boxer brief, for example. They require the pack ratio, the folding and the barcode to be agreed before cutting, because a mixed pack assembled after production is far more expensive than one planned from the marker.
