Amazon FBA Manufacturing & Prep
Apparel produced and packed to marketplace requirements: FNSKU labelling, polybag prep, carton size tiers, ASN data and compliance labelling for US and EU marketplaces.
What we prepare for marketplace fulfilment
FNSKU labelling
Labels applied to the correct face, with placement fixed per style so it scans first time in the fulfilment centre.
Polybag compliance
Suffocation warnings, minimum bag dimensions for the garment size, and sealed closure to marketplace specification.
Carton size tiers
Carton configuration designed to the marketplace tier to avoid oversized-inbound penalties and reduce fulfilment fees.
ASN data
Carton count, weights, dimensions and contents supplied before loading so the shipment plan can be raised from real data.
Compliance labelling
FTC and EU care labelling, fibre composition and country of origin applied in the correct position.
Size and fit data
Measured garment dimensions per size to support accurate size charts and reduce size-based returns.
Built around the returns report
For an online seller, the manufacturing decisions that matter are the ones that reduce returns: accurate size grading, fabric that behaves after washing, and colour that matches the listing photograph.
We measure every size in the size set and send the numbers so your size chart is real rather than estimated. Where a listing attracts size-based returns, the fix is usually a grading change, not a new product.
- Measured size chart supplied per style
- Wash-test results before listing (shrinkage and colour fastness)
- Colour standard matched to your product photography lighting
- Small-batch first orders from 300 pieces per style

Amazon seller questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 300–1,000 pieces per style, mixed sizes. Styles using stock fabric can start from 300 pieces; a fully custom knit or dye lot usually starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is achievable.
How long does sampling take?
A development sample takes 5–7 working days after artwork and fabric are confirmed. A full size set takes 10–12 working days. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order.
What is the lead time for bulk production?
Bulk production runs 15–45 days from deposit and approved pre-production sample, depending on quantity, fabric availability and trim lead times. We confirm the schedule in writing before you pay the deposit.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% against the copy of the bill of lading), L/C at sight, and PayPal for samples. Terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
Can you handle fabric, labels and packaging as well?
Yes. Fabric knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, labels, hangtags and retail packaging all sit inside our own supply chain, so a single purchase order covers the finished, retail-ready product.
How do you control quality?
Every order passes an incoming fabric inspection, an in-line check at 30% and 70% of the run, a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing, and a shipment check against the approved sample and packing list.
Can you do a small first order for a new listing?
Yes. Stock-fabric styles start at 300 pieces per style, which is enough to test two sizes and one colourway properly. Once a listing proves itself, reorders run faster because the block, fabric and packing specification are already approved.
Do you handle the Amazon shipment plan?
We prepare the cartons, labels and data to your shipment plan; the plan itself stays in your seller account. Send us the plan before production finishes so the labels and carton configuration match it exactly.
Manufacturing for marketplaces is a returns problem
On a marketplace the customer buys from a photograph and returns anything that does not match it. That makes two manufacturing decisions disproportionately important: size grading accuracy and colour accuracy. A brand that gets both right operates at a materially lower return rate than a competitor selling the same garment.
Size charts that match the garment
Estimated size charts are a common source of returns. We measure every size in the approved size set and send the numbers, so the chart on the listing describes the garment that actually ships. If the numbers show an inconsistent grading step we correct it before bulk production rather than after the first hundred returns.
Colour accuracy against the listing
A garment photographed in studio lighting and a garment produced against a Pantone reference rarely match exactly. Send us the product images and we will match the dye lot to what the customer sees on screen, then confirm with a physical swatch photo taken under neutral light.
FBA prep as a specification
Marketplace compliance is mechanical: label placement, bag dimensions, carton tiers, ASN data. It is not difficult, but it is unforgiving — a polybag one centimetre over the threshold becomes an inbound penalty. We treat prep as a documented specification agreed before production, with a packing sample approved the same way as the garment sample.
Scaling from a test to a range
Most marketplace brands test one or two styles, then extend into a range of additional colours, sizes or adjacent products. Because the block pattern and packing specification are already approved, extending the range is largely a fabric and colourway exercise, which is far faster than the first launch.
