Men's Briefs Manufacturer
Wholesale brief production in classic, low-rise and sports cuts, with multipack packing, fly and no-fly options and branded waistbands from 300 pieces.
The most exacting underwear style
A brief uses less fabric than any other underwear style, which means there is nothing to disguise a twisted seam, an asymmetric front panel or a misaligned waistband. It is the style that most clearly exposes a factory's cutting and sewing discipline.
We run briefs on dedicated lines with separate checks for leg elastic tension and front panel symmetry, because those two operations account for most of the fit complaints on this garment.

Brief questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 300–1,000 pieces per style, mixed sizes. Styles using stock fabric can start from 300 pieces; a fully custom knit or dye lot usually starts at 1,000 pieces per colour. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is achievable.
How long does sampling take?
A development sample takes 5–7 working days after artwork and fabric are confirmed. A full size set takes 10–12 working days. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order.
What is the lead time for bulk production?
Bulk production runs 15–45 days from deposit and approved pre-production sample, depending on quantity, fabric availability and trim lead times. We confirm the schedule in writing before you pay the deposit.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% against the copy of the bill of lading), L/C at sight, and PayPal for samples. Terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
Can you handle fabric, labels and packaging as well?
Yes. Fabric knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, labels, hangtags and retail packaging all sit inside our own supply chain, so a single purchase order covers the finished, retail-ready product.
How do you control quality?
Every order passes an incoming fabric inspection, an in-line check at 30% and 70% of the run, a final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing, and a shipment check against the approved sample and packing list.
Should I choose a fly or a no-fly front?
Fly construction suits traditional and value programmes; pouch and fly-free fronts dominate sports and fashion ranges. The pattern changes slightly at the front panel, so it is worth deciding before sampling rather than after.
Small garment, tight tolerances
A brief is the smallest garment in the range and carries the tightest useful tolerances. A leg opening that varies by 4 mm between garments is visible on a customer; a front panel that is 3 mm asymmetric is visible in a flat-lay photograph used on a product page.
Cutting accuracy decides the garment
Front and back panels are cut from one spread so the grain line is identical across the batch, and shade is bundled so no garment mixes dye lots. Cutting errors on a brief cannot be corrected in sewing.
Leg elastic is set per fabric
The same elastic produces a different finished opening on rib and on jersey, because the two fabrics resist differently. We set attachment tension against the measured stretch of the actual bulk fabric rather than using a nominal setting.
Multipack economics
Briefs are sold in packs more often than any other underwear style, and pack configuration affects cost more than most buyers expect. Agreeing the fold and the pack format before cutting avoids repacking charges later, and mixed-size packs cut from one lot keep shade consistent across the pack.
